Registration & order process

The FILCOM online store is aimed exclusively at commercial customers (B2B). Registration or login is required to place an order.

Registration / Login

Before you can place an order in our online store, you must register in the FILCOM online shop or log in with your existing customer account . As a new customer, please click on “Registration” and follow the instructions to register. After successful verification, you can continue with the order process. Purchasing as a guest is not possible.

Enter your billing address and, if different, your delivery address. After registering, you can add further delivery addresses at any time.

Please note: It is no longer possible to change the billing address after the order has been confirmed. If a change of billing address is required, please contact us directly by e-mail at info@filcom.de or via our contact form.

Are you already a customer of FILCOM GmbH?

If you are already a customer but do not yet have access data, you can request your access data in the registration window. Please have your customer number ready. You will find this on documents such as your quotation, order confirmation or invoice. If you have any questions, please send us an e-mail to info@filcom.de or call us on +49 711 441 33 22-0

After successful registration and verification, you can continue with the order process.


Product selection and “Buy now” button

Select the desired products and either add them to the shopping cart by clicking the “Add to cart” button or use the “Buy now” button to go directly to the checkout. The “Buy now” button enables a quick ordering process by skipping the shopping cart overview.

Check order

View your product selection and check prices and quantities. If necessary, you can change the quantity or remove items from your order.

Select address

Select a delivery address from the addresses stored in the customer account. You can also edit the delivery addresses or add new ones during this process.

Further information

Further information In this step you can add additional information, such as an order number, a commission or remarks.

Payment methods

You can choose from the following payment methods:

• PayPal 

• on account 

• Advance payment 

Note on the credit check:

If we make advance payments, e.g. when paying on account, you authorize us to pass on your data to Creditsafe Deutschland GmbH, Schreiberhauserstrasse 30, 10317 Berlin, for the purpose of a credit check on the basis of mathematical-statistical procedures. We reserve the right to refuse you the payment method on account as a result of the credit check.

Confirm order / Accept terms and conditions and data protection

Read the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) and the data protection information carefully. Check the box to agree to the terms and conditions and then click on “Confirm order” to complete the order. Your order will then be sent to us.

8. order confirmation and acceptance of the purchase offer

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Please note that this e-mail does not constitute acceptance of your purchase offer. The purchase contract is only concluded by our separate order confirmation by e-mail or by the shipment of the goods.
